Green Room Board Co., a Wilmington, NC board building company, distributes WNC Foam an EPS foam manufacturer out of southern California, offering a wide variety of blanks, including pre-cut, machine-shaped blanks in any possible shape and size. All of our blanks are EPS material with a cherry wood stringer. We also have parabolic balsa wood stringers and multiple stringer options available. Our close relationship with our blank manufacturer and shipping resources allow us to offer the best possible EPS foam with the lowest shipping costs.

Jimmy Keith, our in-house shaper, fine tunes our foam with exacting precision creating optimum foils, rails and bottom contours for every type of shape including; high performance shortboards, big-guy shortboards, retro fish, hybrid fish, funboards, longboards and paddleboards. With over 20 years of board building experience, Jimmy has the skill, tools and resources to produce your favorite surfboard.
